Caribbean Shrimp Skewers

12 skewers with 5 to 6 shrimp per skewer. Island spices cover the shrimp served on a sugar cane paddle, a party favorite!

PREPARATION
Thaw in the refrigerator. Brush shrimp on both sides with olive oil and pan sear or grill Approximately 3 min per side.
Microwave Preparation: Not recommended.
INGREDIENTS
Shrimp, salt, sugar, paprika (for color), garlic, onion, canola oil,sodium tripolyphosphate (to retain moisture), sodium bisulfate (as preservative).
