Brimming with sweet, succulent lumps of crab. These crab cakes are made from a traditional Maryland recipe. Each is handmade with lump crabmeat, the perfect blend of seasoning and the finest of ingredients.

PREPARATION
Pan Saute: Thaw completely under refrigeration, then saute at medium temperature in a skillet (covered) for approximately 6-8 minutes per side. Cakes may be cooked from frozen state, but at a lower temperature and for a longer period of time.*
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375. Brush with melted butter and cook for 12-14 minutes. Oven temperatures vary, adjust accordingly.*
*Cook until internal temperature is 165 F for at least 30 seconds.
