PREPARATION
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350. Remove bread pudding from plastic wrap. Place bread pudding (still in tray) on a baking sheet and heat in oven for 30-40 minutes. Boil 2 quarts of water in a pot (rolling boil). Add caramel sauce packet to boiling water and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer caramel sauce for 3-4 minutes. Drizzle sauce over bread pudding and serve.
Microwave Preparation: Remove bread pudding tray from plastic wrap. Microwave the bread pudding on high for 12-14 minutes. Cut small hole in the caramel sauce packet. Place sauce packet in a microwavable cup to prevent spilling. Microwave the sauce for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle sauce over bread pudding and serve.
