Almond Encrusted Flounder

This seafood sensation is sure to please. Moist flounder filets are encrusted with a delicious combination of fine bread crumbs, almond slivers and the perfect blend of spices. Just heat, eat and enjoy.

PREPARATION
Conventional Oven: Cook from frozen. Pre heat oven to 400. Heat for 18 to 20 minutes. Oven temperatures vary, adjust accordingly.
Microwave Preparation: Not recommended.
INGREDIENTS
Sole, water, enriched bleached wheat flour (flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, ribloflavin, folic acid), almonds, soy nuts, (soybeans, caramel color), salt, yellow corn flour, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, white corn flour, sugar, egg white, leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, dextrose, chives, soy flour, natural flavor, yeast extract, sesame oil, torula yeast, vinegar, onion, garlic, monglycerides, sodium steroyl lactylate, (as an emulsifying agent), spices, yeast, lactic acid, caramel color, yeast nutrients (ammonium chloride, calcium sulphate), dough conditioners (ascorbic acid, l-cysteine monohydrochloride, azodicarbononamide), extractive of paprika (for color). Pre fried in cottonseed, canola and/or soybean oil.
