Hand Made Crab Cakes

This smaller version of our delicious handmade crab cake, is packed with flavor. Great for parties, paired with a steak, or as a light and savory snack. This seafood sensation is sure to be a hit.

PREPARATION
For best results, thaw crab cakes overnight.
Conventional Oven: Pre heat oven to 375. Brush with either melted butter or mayonaise and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Pan Saute: Preheat frying pan to medium high heat. Saute with butter or olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
Microwave Preparation: Not recommended.
