PREPARATIONFor best results, thaw. Cook as instructed below. Fillets should reach an internal temperature of 165 F.
Conventional Oven:
From thawed - bake at 400 for 16 to 18 minutes.
From frozen - bake at 425 from 16 to 18 minutes.
Stove Top:
From thawed - Pan saute on med high for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip half way through.
From frozen - Pan saute on med high for 9 - 10 minutes. Flip half way through.
