This succulent lamb is so tender, the meat falls off the bone. A generous portion of imported Lamb Shank is served in a traditional demi glaze sauce. A hint of rosemary and mint is added to complement this rich full bodied sauce.

PREPARATION

Conventional Oven: Pre heat oven to 375. From frozen, place in baking dish and cover with foil. Heat for 20 minutes. Remove foil and heat for another 5 minutes. Oven temperatures vary adjust accordingly.
Microwave Preparation: Slightly peel open one corner of the pouch and place pouch on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 5 1/2to 6 1/2 minutes from frozen or 3 minutes from thawed. Remove plate from the microwave and let stand 1 minute. Carefully place contents on a plate and serve. Oven temperature vary adjust accordingly.
