Shipping Policy

The Perfect Gourmet uses a flat shipping rate regardless of the size of your order. Take advantage of our flat rates and stock up.

 

To ensure a wonderful dining experience, all entrees and appetizers are individually boxed with the exception of the Roasted Duck and the Lamb Shank. These items ship loose.

 

Shipping food items so that they arrive to you in perfect condition takes careful preparation.  First, your order is placed in a Styrofoam cooler box, and then packed inside a heavy corrugated shipper. We ship our items frozen and packed with dry ice to ensure that your order will arrive safe and intact.

 

It is important that you remove your items and place in your freezer as soon as you receive them.

 

 

Only available for the following states:
CT, DE, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, and WV

Available Monday through Wednesday.
Cost: $20 flat fee

2-day air shipping for all other states (we do not ship internationally)

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. It may take 5 - 7 days from the day you place your order, to receive your items.

 

To allow adequate time for delivery, please place your order by December 17, or ten days in advance of any other holiday.

 

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, The Perfect Gourmet cannot be held responsible for package delay, resulting in spoilage, when incomplete or incorrect addresses are provided or if items are delivered when no one is there to receive them within the delivery period.  If find that your shipment is damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim on your behalf.
