Do I have to prepare the ingredients for the meals myself?

Meals from The Perfect Gourmet have already been prepared by our chefs and are ready to cook whenever you want, so you don’t have to spend time washing and chopping veggies yourself!

What is the freezer life of your products?

We recommend that seafood items be used no more than six months after receiving. Other items may be stored in the freezer for up to twelve months. All items must remain frozen in an airtight container.

Orders and Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all 50 states.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 12 pm, we offer UPS 2-Day Ground shipping for a flat rate of $14.95 for the following states:
CT, DE, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, and WV
For other states, we offer UPS 2-Day Air shipping for a flat rate of $30.00.
Orders placed between Wednesday after 12pm and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

How does my food stay cold during delivery?

Your order is placed in a styrofoam cooler and packed inside a heavy corrugated shipper. We ship our items frozen and packed with dry ice to ensure that your order will arrive safe and intact. It is important that you remove your items and place them in your freezer as soon as you receive them.

What if the dry ice has evaporated or my items are not frozen when they arrive?

If the dry ice has evaporated, your items may still be frozen. If for any reason, your items are not frozen when they arrive, please contact us at (866) 461 - 4183

How do I track my delivery?

You will receive an automated email after your order is placed that contains tracking information for your items.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately (within 24 - 72 hours) so that we can make it right. If a refund is necessary, you can expect to receive a credit 7-10 business days from the time we resolve your complaint. We value each one of our customers and are committed to excellent service.

Does my gift card ever expire?

Nope! Perfect Gourmet gift cards never expire.

Can I use a Perfect Gourmet digital gift card in the retail store?

Unfortunately, gift cards purchased online can only be used in our online store at this time.

How do you redeem a gift card?

How do I apply a coupon code?

Coupon codes can be applied from the shopping cart or during checkout.

Can I combine more than one coupon code?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow more than one coupon code to be applied to an order.

If you’d like to change your password, you can do so by going to the My Account page and clicking the Change Password button. You’ll be prompted to confirm your current password before creating a new one.

I forgot my password - how do I reset it?

If you forgot your password, you can click the “forgot?” link in the sign in form. From there, you’ll be directed to enter the email address associated with your account. We’ll send an email to that address with a link that will allow you to create a new password.

How do I unsubscribe from email announcements?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link located in the footer of our emails.
