Chicken With Cranberry Vegetable Stuffing

Enjoy all the flavors of Thanksgiving dinner any time of the year with our Chicken with Cranberry Vegetable Stuffing. These chicken breasts are trimmed then filled with a signature stuffing made from cranberries, sweet potato, onions, celery, carrots, corn, garlic, 14 herbs and spices, toasted croutons, and an all-natural chicken stock. 

Conventional Oven
We recommend that you cook the chicken from frozen for safety and convenience. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove chicken from packaging. Place on baking sheet. Cook approximately 30 - 35 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees. If you are not using a conventional oven to cook your chicken, it is recommended that it first be defrosted. Follow the defrosting directions for best results.
Do not microwave.
For best results, defrost the stuffed chicken breast under refrigeration 24 hours before cooking. If you cook from frozen state, the cooking time will increase. Cook all raw poultry products until an internal temperature of 165 degrees or until juices run clear. For accuracy, use a thermometer. Avoid defrosting poultry products at room temperature.
