Set stovetop to medium/high heat. Lightly oil a medium sized saute' pan and evenly place salmon burgers. Cook burgers for approximately 2-3 minutes per side or until desired.
Preheat oven to 400° F. Place frozen filets on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fish reaches internal temperature of 165° F. Oven temperatures vary, adjust accordingly.
