Shrimp & Scallop Flatbread


This tasty flatbread is comprised of a thin crust loaded with shrimp, scallops, and spinach, then topped with Parmesan cheese and scallions.  Light, but still super satisfying, it's ready in 15 minutes, and makes a great light lunch or dinner accompaniment.

1 Flatbread (16 oz)

Conventional Oven

Conventional Oven: Bake at 375° F for 15-18 minutes. Convection Oven: Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Cook from frozen to golden brown in color. Oven temperatures vary, adjust accordingly.
