Shipping and Returns Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping food items so that they arrive to you in perfect condition takes careful preparation. Your order is placed in a Styrofoam cooler box and then packed inside a heavy corrugated shipper. We ship our items frozen and packed with dry ice to ensure that they will arrive safely and intact.

It is important that you remove your items and place them in your freezer as soon as you receive them.

The Perfect Gourmet uses a flat shipping rate regardless of the size of your order. Take advantage of our flat rates and stock up.

Orders placed Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before noon are shipped on the same day. Those placed after Wednesday at noon are shipped on the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, The Perfect Gourmet cannot be held responsible for package delay when incomplete or incorrect addresses are provided, or if items are delivered when no one is there to receive them within the delivery period. If you find that your shipment is damaged or compromised, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.

UPS 2-Day Ground - $14.95 flat fee

Only available for the following states:
CT, DE, FL, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV, Washington DC
Available Monday through Wednesday. Please note that any order placed after 12 pm ET on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.

UPS 2-day Air - $30.00 flat fee

2-day air shipping for all other states (we do not ship internationally).

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

For orders to arrive by Christmas, please place your order by December 17.

For all other holidays, orders should be placed 10 days in advance.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of food, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.

We value each one of our customers and are committed to excellent service, so if a refund is necessary, you will be credited on your original form of payment or with a Perfect Gourmet digital gift card. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement 1-­3 business days after the refund is initiated.
